I wanted to do my own remake of "Night of the Living Dead".
My wife read the "Mebane Zombies" article in the Times News that they were making a Zombie movie in Mebane.
I immediately wrote the paper to find out who was doing it.
I went to apply as an extra and was asked to read lines for a screen test. I threw myself into this character and created Worker Bob's voice from memories of Festus on "Gunsmoke" and Grandpa on "The Real McCoys"
It has been a pleasure meeting and working with Director Phoenix Mangus and the gang.

Attended school in Pennsville, NJ and graduated 1973. Has lived in North Carolina since 1980. Over the years he has had a few movie background roles that were filmed in North Carolina. Southern Undead is his first role as a supporting character as Worker Bob/Zombie Bob.
